Video Editor Intern |US Shift

We are looking for a passionate and creative Video Editor Intern to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to transform raw footage into polished, high-quality video content that captivates and engages audiences. Here’s a glimpse of what your responsibilities will entail:

Responsibilities:
• Assist in editing and assembling raw footage, ensuring that the final product aligns with our vision and meets high-quality standards.
• Working closely with our creative team and helping maintain a cohesive visual style and message across all video materials.
• Cut, trim, and sequence footage to create compelling narratives.
• Add music, sound effects, graphics, and animations to elevate the video content, making it more engaging and dynamic.
• Keeping video archives organized by maintaining and cataloging video assets for easy access.
• Perform basic color correction, audio editing, and visual enhancements to ensure the best possible quality.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute fresh ideas for upcoming video projects.
• Ensure that all videos adhere to our brand guidelines and meet technical specifications for various platforms, including social media and websites.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in video editing and software to keep our content innovative.

Requirements:
• Recently completed a degree in Film, Media Studies, Communication, or a related field.
• Familiarity with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects or similar tools is essential.
• A strong eye for detail and an understanding of visual storytelling are crucial for success in this role.
• Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects effectively.
• A genuine enthusiasm for video content creation and a willingness to learn new techniques.
