Client Service Officer

THE AGENCY:
This Government Agency would see you working in a Client Service Officer position in Broken Hill, NSW. This leading agency provides a range of services to the population of New South Wales that are aimed at promoting a just and safer environment for the community.

THE ROLE:
This Client Service Officer position is available from the beginning of September until the end of November on a part-time basis. This role would see you providing support to the Estate Administration team and you would be carrying out some of the following duties on a daily basis:
-Submitting applications to the courts.
-Corresponding with clients and stakeholders.
-Assisting with Deceased Estates at various stages of the administrative process.
-Paying claims
-Legal document review and interpretation

ABOUT YOU:
To be considered an ideal candidate for this role you will possess the following experience and qualities:
-Previous experience working across Wills & Estates in a legal support role
-A keen eye for detail
-Excellent written and verbal skills
-A high level of organisation
-The ability to work autonomously and as a member of a team
