Remote | Outbound Representative | Hindi | English | for Financial account

Callnovo, a leading global multilingual call center service provider, is seeking a Bilingual Outbound Representative fluent in both Hindi and English to support our client in the financial sector. This is a short-term project with a contract term of 3 months, with potential for renewal upon satisfactory client evaluation.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound customer satisfaction surveys
• Provide customer service via phone, email, and chat
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the client

Requirements:
• Proven experience in a Telesales or Telemarketing role, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• At least 1 year of online customer service experience
• Strong organizational and time-manaement skills
• Availability to work from +am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, India Standard Time
• Proficiency in Hindi and English
