Educational Qualifications:
Professor:
Ph.D. with first-class in relevant discipline
Minimum 10 years of teaching/research/professional experience, with at least 4 years at the Associate Professor level in reputed institutions like IITs, IIMs, IISc, etc.
Strong research record with publications in reputable journals and refereed conferences.
Associate Professor:
Ph.D. with first-class in relevant discipline
Minimum 6 years of teaching/research/professional experience, with at least 3 years at Assistant Professor Grade I or equivalent level.
Demonstrated independent research experience with publications in reputed journals.
Assistant Professor Grade I:
Ph.D. with first-class in relevant discipline
Minimum 3 years of teaching/research/professional experience (excluding Ph.D. period)
Strong research capabilities with publications in reputed journals.
Assistant Professor Grade II:
Ph.D. with first-class in relevant discipline
Candidates who do not meet the criteria for Assistant Professor Grade I may apply.
Appointed at Academic Level 10 or 11 with progression to Grade I after 3 years.
Candidate Profile:
UG/PG degree in a relevant discipline
Excellent communication skills
Passion for teaching and student guidance
Strong research record
Pay Scale:
Professor: Academic Level 14A (₹1,5+,100 – ₹2,20,200)
Associate Professor: Academic Level 13A2 (₹1,3+,600 – ₹2,11,300)
Assistant Professor Grade I: Academic Level 12 (₹1,01,500 – ₹1,67,400)
Assistant Professor Grade II:
Academic Level 10 (₹57,700 – ₹+8,200) for fresh recruits
Academic Level 11 (₹68,+00 – ₹1,17,200) for candidates with post-Ph.D. experience
