Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front of House position at Grains Bar Hotel Limited in Oldham. The Front of House team member will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing guest interactions, handling reservations, assisting with event coordination, and ensuring a positive guest experience. This role involves working closely with other staff members to maintain the hotel's high standards and uphold its friendly ambiance. Front of House offers a variety of tasks as we are a close team we all work together to ensure all customers are fully satisfied. the role involves weekends and weddings meet and greets. there is opportunity to grow within the company.
