Edinburgh Hair Centre

PART TIME – PERMANENT - IMMEDIATE START

The Role

Our Edinburgh Hair Centre is recruiting for an experienced Receptionist who is naturally personable, warm and welcoming. An excellent communicator, you will be our front of house representative and the first port of call for our valued clients and visitors. You will be truly customer focused and will dedicate yourself to maintaining our first-class reputation in hair loss.

You will also support our busy office team with general administrative tasks showing strong organisation skills and excellent time management. Full training will be provided on all relevant administrative processes, setting you up to succeed.

Recently relocated to Orchard Brae House in the heart of Edinburgh, our stunning new Hair Centre offers our valued clients our excellent services in a deluxe and serene environment.

Responsibilities

· Warmly greeting clients upon their arrival, consistently displaying courtesy & discretion

· Assisting the Office team with their workload, adopting a ‘nothing is too much trouble’ attitude

· Scheduling and confirming appointments via the salon CRM system, phone & e mail queries and salon WhatsApp, maintaining detailed and accurate client records

· Competently informing clients about all in house and web-based services, products and offers

· General office administration

· Accurate payment processing

· Stock control including regular stock counts, ordering and transfers

Skills/Experience

· Minimum 2 years receptionist experience essential

· Minimum 2 years’ experience in office administration essential

· Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

Our Offer

· Starting salary £12,7+0 per annum

· 3 days a week, Wednesday & Friday + am to 5 pm, Saturdays + am to 4 pm
