Start-Up Lead Developer (Python & AI) - Bracknell - £60,000 + Equity

The Developer Link has partnered with a fast-growing AI Start-Up (digital personal assistance platform) who are looking for a Lead Developer to join the team.

Experience:
• Proficiency in both front-end and back-end web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, TypeScript/JavaScript, PHP and Python.
• Experience working with popular front-end frameworks such as React and Vue.js.
• Knowledge of database technologies MySQL and platforms such as Airtable
• Exposure to Apache and/or Nginx.
• Linux operating system knowledge is a bonus.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of AWS and/or Google Cloud is advantageous.
• A degree in computer science or a related field

Responsibilities:
• Developing and implementing AI algorithms and models
• Collaborating with the team to design and build features and products
• Optimising and maintaining existing systems
• Researching and staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends
• Working closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into various products and services
• Contributing to the overall technical strategy and roadmap of the company
• Participating in code reviews, testing, and debugging
• Mentoring junior developers and sharing knowledge
• Playing a key role in shaping the company's initiatives and future projects!
