We are currently seeking a confident and reliable Secondary School Cover Supervisor to work across schools in Hillingdon, Slough, and Ealing. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a school setting, supervising classes, and supporting students in their learning when teachers are absent.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise classes in the absence of the teacher, ensuring students stay on task.
• Manage student behaviour and provide support where needed.
• Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and ensure learning objectives are met.
• Provide feedback to teachers on student progress and behaviour.

Requirements:
• Prior experience working in a school environment is desirable.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Flexible, reliable, and able to adapt to different school settings.
