We are looking for a Project Manager, who is able to handle multiple projects and development teams concurrently, without skipping a beat. You will manage concurrent projects, across multiple clients and industries, throughout the full project life-cycle from project initiation, through successful technology delivery and implementation of process improvements. Responsibilities Successfully manage & deliver multiple project simultaneously Responsible for keeping projects within timeline, budget & quality constraints Keep the team productive and avoiding idle staff Providing cost estimates to support and sales Optimise resource allocation and scheduling Follow up to ensure work is tracking on schedule and budget Reviewing issues within scope constraints Review team performance against benchmarks Desired Profile A project management role in "Custom Software Projects" will be highly regarded Demonstrated experience leading individuals and project team A technical background will be a plus. Excellent track record in delivering complex projects Team leadership & collaboration with remote teams Strong interpersonal and communication skills, verbal/written, for internal and external customers Results-oriented with ability to prioritise multiple projects to achieve or exceed KPI goals.
