Casual Club Minibus Driver

Title: Casual Club Minibus Driver

Location: TSG Elite Training and Performance Centre, Crane Lodge Road, Hounslow, TW5 +PQ

Reports to: Assistant Academy Director & Head of Women’s Operations

Hours: Zero hours with flexible split shifts—07:00am to 0+:00am, 16:00pm to 18:00pm and 20:00pm to 22:00pm, Monday to Friday, plus weekend matchdays 07:00am to 17:00pm

Key objectives of the role
• Offer a reliable car pooling service from local hubs to safely transport staff and players to and from the TSG Elite Training and Performance Centre.
• Collect and transport Academy Scholars from local accommodation to and from the TSG Elite Training and Performance Centre.
• Safely transport staff and players to away venues to support matchday logistics, across Women and Academy teams. This may include additional matchday responsibilities such as; managing kit and equipment.
• Abide by Club transport policies.
• Comply with all safeguarding policies and maintain good knowledge of safeguarding regulations.
• Maintain Club vehicles, ensuring they are kept clean and tidy.

What will you be doing?
• The successful candidate will drive Club staff and players as requested. This will include but is not limited to, daily routine pick up and returns to local player accommodation and transport hubs, as well as supporting the matchday transportation of staff, players and kit.

About The Candidate

What are we looking for?
• Full, clean and valid driving licence.
• Experience of driving minibuses up to 16-passengers.
• Transporting minors / school age children.
• Knowledge and understanding of safeguarding policies and procedures.

Nice to have
• Non-restricted D1 category authorisation.
• Experience of working in the football industry.
