Service Technician, Business Technologies, PulseHR, Dubbo, Dubbo, and Central NSW. Technicians (Trades and Services). Full time. Add expected salary to your profile for insights. A service technician position has arisen at Inland Technology’s Dubbo office.
Inland Technology represents well-known and recognised brands that have an on-going strong market share. We are passionate about utilising the latest technology to improve our clients’ businesses and specialise in the printing, storage, security, and flow of documents through organisations. We have been supplying and servicing office technologies to regional NSW businesses for more than 20 years.
You will initially be onboarded, mentored, and coached by some of the best IT Technical support technicians in the industry who are responsible for servicing Inland Technology’s broad customer footprint across inland NSW.
The position will include a competitive salary, superannuation, a fully maintained company car and the opportunity to be part of a growing business with an exceptional team culture and employee satisfaction survey results to prove it!
Your key responsibilities will include. Prepare machines for installation by completing factory run-ups in our workshop. Install new machines on client sites. All aspects of field servicing of machines, including software installations and updates. Undertake or develop skills to complete machine refurbs. Undertake remote IT technical error customer support. Commitment to a structured in-house training schedule designed to ensure your long-term success. Developing and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
You will Have a consistent track record of employment, ideally with 1 year experience in customer-facing position. You have undertaken some formal of training through your career because you love learning. Hold a driver’s licence with a safe driving history. Have a passion for and interest for the latest technology. Have well-developed written and verbal communication skills. Have strong computer skills utilising Microsoft office. Understand and truly appreciate the benefits of being mentored. You would be described as.
