Oral Health Dubbo

About the role

This role will provide a broad range of high-level administrative services to the manager to enable focus on achievement of the unit's program of work and efficient delivery of business operations.

There is quite a bit of autonomy in the role, the successful applicant will deal with a range of stakeholders including the dental contact centre, dental clinic staff and private dental practice staff.

A typical workday will be working from the generic email account to answer enquiries, process vouchers returned for payment, deal with patient queries from the dental contact centre or dental clinic staff and deal with phone calls from private dental practices.

The successful applicant will work closely with the OH Patient Flow Manager, the OH Clinical Director, the OH Waitlist Coordinator, the dental contact centre, and private dental practices.

The successful applicant will be supported in their role by the OH Patient Flow Manager (their direct report) and the OH Clinical Director for all clinical aspects of the position.
