Job Overview

We are looking for a talented DESIGNER to join our team at A L Paper House, the largest Handmade Paper & Paper Products Exporter in India. As a DESIGNER, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and innovative designs for our paper products. This is a full-time position based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

Qualifications And Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience as a Designer, preferably in the paper products industry.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, PPT, CorelDRAW, Illustration, Adobe Photoshop, and other relevant design software.
• Strong creativity and ability to generate innovative design ideas.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with different teams.
• Knowledge of print production processes and materials.
• Experience in creating prototypes and samples is a plus.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Roles And Responsibilities
• Create unique and eye-catching designs for a wide range of paper products, including greeting cards, notebooks, gift boxes, and wrapping paper.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop concepts that meet the needs and preferences of our target audience.
• Use AutoCAD, CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, and other design software to bring ideas to life.
• Develop prototypes and samples to showcase new designs and product ideas.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate them into our designs to maintain a competitive edge.
• Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines in all design work.
• Work closely with production and printing teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Contribute to the development of marketing collateral, such as brochures and flyers, as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and execute creative ideas for promotional campaigns and events.
