Job Overview:

We are looking for dedicated k-12th Math teachers to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about education, has behavior management experience and excellent communication skills, and can understand the psychological growth of adolescents. Committed to creating a positive learning environment for students. Love education work and are willing to share their knowledge to help every student in need. Have at least one year of teaching and classroom management experience, and be able to develop curriculum plans based on student needs.

Responsibilities:

²Develop and implement engaging curriculum plans that are in line with school curriculum

²Use learning technology to enhance classroom teaching and make courses more attractive and lively.

²Manage classroom behavior and create a positive learning environment.

²Develop personalized learning support plans for students with different needs.

²Provide personalized attention to students and support their academic growth.

²Use effective classroom management techniques to promote student engagement and academic success.

²Guide and assist students in their educational journey.

²Communicate effectively with school administrators and provide timely feedback on students' classroom performance and academic progress. Provide constructive feedback.

²Use innovative teaching methods to enhance students' learning experience.

Skills required:

²Experience in online education and familiarity with the use of online teaching.

²Bachelor's degree in education and related fields.

²Have extensive teaching experience.

²Proficient in curriculum development and educational best practices.

²Strong organizational skills and effective management of classroom activities.

²Ability to adjust teaching methods to meet different learning styles.

²Excellent written and oral communication skills.

² Applicants with experience in higher education teaching will be given priority.
