As a Virtual Hotel Booker working from home at EcoWay Voyagers, you'll be instrumental in curating sustainable and unforgettable travel experiences for our clients by sourcing eco-friendly accommodations around the world. Your role will involve researching, negotiating, and booking accommodations that align with our commitment to responsible tourism and environmental conservation. Working remotely, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to the growth of sustainable travel while providing exceptional service to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
• Accommodation Research:Conducting thorough research to identify eco-friendly hotels, resorts, lodges, and other accommodations in various destinations
• Supplier Negotiation:Establishing and maintaining relationships with accommodation providers, negotiating favorable rates, amenities, and terms for our clients
• Booking Management:Processing hotel reservations accurately and efficiently, ensuring that client preferences, budget constraints, and sustainability criteria are met
• Quality Assurance:Assessing the sustainability credentials of accommodations, including their environmental initiatives, community engagement, and social responsibility practices
• Client Communication:Communicating with clients to understand their accommodation preferences, providing recommendations, and addressing any inquiries or concerns
• Documentation:Maintaining organized records of hotel bookings, payments, and correspondence using our internal systems and software
