Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in promoting our resort and converting potential buyers into happy customers. This is a traveling position that requires passion, excellent communication skills, and a knack for building relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and Research Potential Buyers: Conduct market research to identify potential clients interested in investing in resort properties.
• Travel for Client Meetings: Visit various locations to meet potential clients and promote the resort offerings.
• Present Resort Features: Effectively communicate the unique selling points of the Green Heritage Resort, showcasing its benefits and attractions.
• Build Relationships: Establish and maintain relationships with potential clients to encourage conversions.
• Follow Up: Regularly follow up with leads and provide them with necessary information to facilitate decision-making.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Team: Work alongside the marketing team to develop effective promotional strategies and campaigns.
• Provide Feedback: Gather market insights and client feedback to improve marketing strategies and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably in real estate or hospitality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to travel frequently for client meetings.
• Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:
• Day shift

• Rewa, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

• Lead generation: 3 years (Required)
