Identify key talent for contract and contract-to-hire positions with CSI Professional and Financials’ clients, utilizing all possible avenues to ensure complete coverage on key jobs
High attention to detail, thorough candidate interview screening, and constant communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, as well as post placement
Participation in client meetings and job intake calls as needed to understand & qualify new opportunities

In this role, you will be given access to all the best tools & technology to have an innovative streamlined, recruiting approach.
You will be responsible for screening, interviewing, building talent pipelines, creating targeted candidate marketing strategies, and nurturing candidate relationships.

Qualifications :
• 1 or more years of high-volume recruiting experience, or Financial Search experience preferred or similar type role
• Competitive and Goal-Driven, fast-paced
• Outstanding customer service focus
• Ability to establish credibility & rapport quickly
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while multitask and handle multiple priorities is essential
• Proficiency in MS Office products
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, Bullhorn is a plus
• Bachelor's degree is preferred or relevant work experience
