We also have experienced team for erection and commissioning of the Turnkey Projects.Job OverviewWe are hiring a Civil Lab Incharge (Bitumen And Road Materials) to oversee the operations of our lab and ensure quality control for bitumen and road materials. This is a full-time position based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.Qualifications and SkillsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in bitumen and road materials testing.Strong knowledge of testing standards and regulations for bitumen and road materials.Experience in operating and maintaining lab equipment.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively in a team and guide junior technicians.Attention to detail and accuracy in test procedures and result documentation.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in computer-aided testing and reporting tools.Knowledge of quality management systems and continuous improvement methodologies.Roles and ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage the operations of the civil lab, focusing on quality control for bitumen and road materials.Ensure compliance with testing standards and regulations, and maintain accurate records of test results.Monitor and evaluate lab equipment and materials, and make recommendations for improvements or replacements.Supervise and guide junior lab technicians in conducting tests and analyses.Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate testing of materials.Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for lab processes.Troubleshoot technical issues and implement corrective actions.Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in bitumen and road materials testing methods.Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to quality standards.Assist in the selection and procurement of lab equipment and supplies.Contribute to the continuous improvement of lab processes and efficiency.Coordinate With.DCS GroupWeb Site- https://indiadcs.in/latest-jobEmail- [HIDDEN TEXT] (Call & whatsApp) (Call & whatsApp) ( Call & WhatsApp)+352177562 (Call & WhatsApp)820+004104 (Call & whatsApp)Calling Time - 11:00 AM to 6:00 PMWhatsApp Timing - +:00 AM to 8:00 PM
