AWS RDS Athena Architect| 100| remote| US auth| only | both PST to EST

We're looking for an ambitious Data Architect to join our core platform team, and architect the foundation of our scalable data solutions for a 21st century Robotics & manufacturing revolution.

Responsibilities:
Expertise you will provide
• Design, model, and build the architecture for all product data, including images, machine learning classifications, user labels, metadata and more
• Develop and implement data pipelines which range from real-time streaming, to connected users, to long-term warehousing.
• Implement solutions in AWS with team, leveraging tools such as S3, Athena, Redshift, RDS or others
• Evaluate, choose, and direct third-party data processing and/or warehousing companies for scale-able overflow.
• Ensure stringent data privacy and security requirements are being met.
• Work closely with devops and machine learning teams to integrate architectural solutions into the end user product
Qualifications:
Expertise you have
• 5+ years of experience utilizing AWS for scaled production big data problems (BS pref.)
• 3+ years of experience developing data pipelines including relational databases and long-term warehouse-level storage
• 3+ years of experience with Postgres
• Professional experience with AWS RDS &Athena
• Experience with 3rd parties like RedShift, Snowflake and Databricks

Nice to Haves?
• We are building an entire solution for technological manufacturing remote/inspection
• Experience in manufacturing, product delivery, and product lifecycles is a huge plus

Role can be 100% remote. Offices available on both coasts.
