Job Roles And Responsibilities
• Develop new clients and service existing clients in the BFSI sector and maximize our market share in the BFSI sector.
• Should possess good corporate connects (primarily at the CXO level) within the BFSI space primarily NBFCs, Microfinance Companies, FinTech, commercial & Cooperative Banks
• Should possess prior experience of acquiring & servicing large BFSI client portfolio preferably across various product lines
• Responsible for client retention. Prepare proposals for client, present them and assist with roadshows.
• Study client's existing insurance portfolio (gap analysis) and engage with clients to give appropriate insurance risk management advisory.
• Should possess strong connects with insurers/ reinsurers which will help in getting the best terms from the markets
• Provide continuous assistance to clients regarding any claims-related queries.
• Develop, coach and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support to drive individual and collective success.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and mitigate potential threats.

Qualification And Experience
• Should possess 7+ years of experience in insurance broking, with a focus on bancassurance and BFSI sector expertise being highly relevant.
