Qualifications
College degree or equivalent technical training
At least 7 years of programming experience with C#/VB.NET and MS SQL Server for enterprise web and network applications
Expertise in evaluating and refactoring code for architecture, stability, performance, security, and reusability
Experience developing multi-tier applications using APIs and SOA frameworks
Proficiency in JavaScript frameworks for UI development and Responsive Design
Mobile development experience with Xamarin or Flutter, with an interest in learning Blazor Mobile
Experience with Agile-Scrum methodologies and other SDLC tools/processes

Salary: $115,000 - $130,000
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications using the Microsoft technology stack, ensuring both internal and external web applications meet business needs
Evaluate new code for architecture reliability, stability, reusability, performance, automation, security, and metrics
Serve as an authoritative source on relevant Microsoft platforms; knowledge of open-source frameworks and technologies is a plus
Provide project leadership by planning, allocating, motivating, and controlling project work and IT resources on a limited scope
Enhance IT staff technical expertise through formal training sessions and technical assistance, and contribute to departmental efficiencies by developing standards, procedures, and promoting new concepts and ideas
