Qualifications
SmartCOMM Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience with SmartCOMM (Thunderhead) development
Insurance Domain: Deep understanding of insurance processes and terminology, preferably in Guidewire environments
SmartCOMM Modules: Proficiency in Data Modeler, Advanced Template Designer, and Web Editor
Appliance Configuration: Expertise in configuring and managing Smart Communications Appliance
API Knowledge: Experience working with Thunderhead/Smart Communication APIs
XML and Data Mapping: Strong understanding of XML schemas and data mapping principles
Template Design: Ability to author and consolidate business templates for various communication channels
Responsive Design: Skills in creating both static and responsive layouts for print and web
Batch Configuration: Technical knowledge of creating batch configurations and template selectors
Experience with other CCM tools
Knowledge of Guidewire InsuranceSuite
Familiarity with Agile methodologies
