Secure Healthcare Solutions is a leading UK staffing and healthcare company offering care and support to individuals requiring a flexible home-based service, as well as services in Care Homes, Nursing Homes, Children Residental Home, NHS, Private Hospitals and Community services.

We currently have a Support Worker vacancy available working in nursing and residential homes throughout the Cannock area.

Pay rate: £11.44 – £12.82 per hour

Paid training

Paid Shadowing

Shifts range from 08:00-20:00, 20:00-08:00, 08:00-14:00 & 14:00-20:00 (these may differ on client and service)
• Please note that we do not offer sponsorship at this time

Duties of this role may include but are not limited to:
• Assistance with meal preparation
• Medication assistance
• Providing companionship to service users
• Supporting service users with daily tasks
• Other duties as required by the client

It is essential for candidates to have the following:
• 6 months of UK based care experience
• Right to work in the UK
• Willingness to learn
• Flexibility to adapt to the nature of the role
• Restraint training such as MAPA, MAYBO, PMVA or CPI

Registering with us will require you to provide two references; it should be your most recent employer. It is also compulsory for a DBS to be carried out unless you are on the DBS update service. Applicants must also have at least six months experience within the last 2 years.
