• "++% uptime of Production instances of EBS, ASCP, Agile, OBIEE, DMS and legacy databases excluding the scheduled maintenance shutdown."
• "Design and develop/customize a new/existing project in JIRA as & when required by the business in timely manner."
• "100% backup of all production applications and databases as per backup policy. Verification of backup on random basis without failure."
• "Successful applying of a patch to Production using first time right approach and in target time."
• "Successful cloning of an instance with first time right approach and in target time."
• "Application Tech stakes and databases version must be N-1 of their respective release at the time of performing patching cycle on peridoc basis."
• "Consistenty in application and database response time by performing timely activities related to data archiving and purging."
• "Keep proper documentation of all activities like installation, configuration, upgradation and migration with using appropriate tool for versioning."
• "+5% tickets should be resolved as per SLA."
• "Maintan standby databases in sycn with their primary counterpart as per RPO and perform successful completion of DR drill as per the schedule."
• "Perform a given role in team as assigned by team leader in execution of a project with quality and timeliness."
