Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant at Hem Industries Kekri located in Kekri. The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining accurate and current financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with all tax regulations. The Accountant will collaborate with various departments to manage budgets, track expenses, and support the financial goals of the organization.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Experience with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Strong knowledge of accounting software, such as Riddhi Siddhi (just like tally software)
• Excellent understanding of ESI & PF and tax laws and regulations, including GST, TDS, and Income Tax.
• Ability to interpret financial data and provide analysis to support decision-making
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective coordination work
• Attention to detail and highly organized
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• either ability or eager to learn to do manual accounting work of Mahajani khaata Bai
• ability to do work of filing the documents properly
