Role: Receptionist

Location: Winchester

Rate of pay: £15.13/hourly including holiday pay

Platinum recruitment is currently on the lookout for a Receptionist needed in a Winchester Hotel starting immediately and ongoing until further notice.

For this role you will need to be available to work weekends, and be available to work shifts varying from early 07:00-15:30, some middle shifts as necessary, and late shifts 14:30 - 23:00.

What's involved?

This receptionist role involves helping to check people in and out of their hotel stays, as well as use the systems as necessary to complete other tasks.

Some receptionist system knowledge is preferred, but not necessary, as training will be given.

As a receptionist in the Winchester area, you will support our client on the administrative side of the business;
• Check in and out guests.
• Check all billing is correct.
• Deal with guests' requests.
• Allocate rooms.
• Handle phone calls.
• Ensure thorough hand over to next shift.
• Any other reasonable requests from a Line Manager.
