Apply accounting principles, theory, and concepts for specific systems
Analyze and process accounts payable promptly
Handle vendor correspondence via phone or email
Investigate and resolve problems associated with the processing of invoices
Assist in compiling information and preparing responses to auditors during the annual external audit
Prepare various daily, weekly, monthly, and annual job cost reports
Other duties as assigned

Education And Experience
• 1-2 years of business school, accounting training, or a minimum of 1-year project administrative experience is preferred, or equivalent combinations of experience and training. Basic understand of accounting procedures and techniques are beneficial.
