Qualifications
Minimum of an Associate’s degree
Minimum of two (2) years of related experience in home healthcare
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Florida
Knowledge of the Home Health Services
Knowledge of computer clinical programs such EHR/EMR system(s)
Great communication skills, both written and spoken
Patient and/or family education
Strong organization skills and be detail oriented
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Hospital/SNF/Rehab: 1 year (Required)
Florida Driver license (Required)
