Ashdown have been engaged by a growing IT and Security Services provider to assist in their search for a qualified (ACCA, CIMA or ACA) Finance Manager.

This is offered on a hybrid model working from home 80% and 20% at either of their London or Surrey based offices. salary range is £55 - £62,000 + bonus

The company is looking for a commercially focussed Finance manager who could work with the leadership team as they transition their business model from the supply of commodity hardware and software, to monthly recurring and annuity revenues. To aid this transition you will assist in the implementing a new finance system (Microsoft Dynamics Business Central)

As Finance Manager, your responsibilities will include overseeing finance operations, managing the small team, reporting and budgeting, financial planning and analysis, making improvements to procedures and controls, and any ad-hoc projects.

You'll be responsible for producing monthly management information across the Group (3 companies) , analysing monthly and quarterly numbers, managing the preparation of the company’s budget, dealing with monthly FOREX transactions and requirements, managing all statutory reporting, cash flow forecasting, advising on investment activities and working with external auditors. Production of year end accounts

You will be qualified (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with a strong technical accounting knowledge. Experience in industry, ideally in an SME services or technology environment. Proficient user of finance software, Excel and modelling ,any experience implementing new finance systems would be a distinct advantage.

Previous experience working with the leadership team, you will need strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, a working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulation and ideally experience of EU and US finance regulations.
