Location: Remote

Duration: 12+ months
MOI: VIDEO

Required
• 8+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O experience
• Experience of D365 Commerce / AX 20212 Retail implementations and support
• Experience of rollouts, deployments, upgrade
• Experience of code / fix push to CPOS
• Experience of setting up new stores, store migrations
• Experience of configuration and troubleshooting of POS setup that includes printers, customer display, scanners, hardware station, CPOS
• Ability to manage requirements/scope and risks appropriately
• Ability to identify risks, issues, find solution and plan/manage them
• Good at client interactions, able to set & manage stakeholder expectation
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Good experience of working in multi-vendor environment
• Should be okay with Onsite-Offshore Global Delivery Model
• Travel as needed per business requirement
