What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Plan and monitor shipments within the distribution network, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Manage tracking information for various transportation modes including truckload, LTL, ocean, and air
• Support carriers with transportation documentation needs and compliance with regulations
• Maintain data in the Oracle Transportation Management System (OTM) to maximize preferred carrier use
• Investigate product overages, shortages, and damages, filing claims as necessary

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience managing transportation providers of temperature-controlled substances
• Experience with Federal and State motor carrier regulations
• Proficiency in Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry
• Familiarity with Oracle ERP/OTM System
• Knowledge of cold chain and Controlled Room Temperature (CRT) transportation management
