Job Title: HGV Class 1 Driver

We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional HGV Class 1 Driver to join our client's reputable company based in Birmingham. Site Location B42. The run will be a daily route to 2 depots starting at 23:00 you will be going from B42, to Bristol to Exeter the back to B42 will be around + - 10 hours a day.

Key Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently operate a HGV Class 1 vehicle, adhering to all relevant driving laws and regulations.
- Transport goods and materials to various locations across the UK, ensuring timely and secure delivery.
- Conduct pre and post-trip inspections of the vehicle, reporting any defects or maintenance requirements promptly.
- Strictly adhere to company policies and procedures regarding vehicle usage, safety protocols, and client specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service, delivering goods professionally and courteously.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with other team members, ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of operations.

Qualifications Required:
- Valid HGV Class 1 Driving License - One years experience - preferable.
- Driver CPC qualification.
- Digital Tachograph Card.
- Proven experience as a HGV Class 1 Driver, ideally with experience in a similar driving role.
- Excellent knowledge of current driving laws and regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A responsible and safety-conscious approach to driving.
