Job Title : Software Instructor

Job Type : Full-Time Contract (Paid)

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Software Instructor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging and effective training materials to help individuals and teams master the use of our software products.

You will work closely with product teams to ensure course content aligns with the latest features and updates, providing an exceptional learning experience for our users.

Key Responsibilities :
• Design, develop, and deliver training materials, including online courses, tutorials, videos, and live sessions, to teach users how to effectively use our software products.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and the product team to ensure training content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with product features and user needs.
• Conduct both virtual and in-person training sessions for individuals and groups, adapting teaching methods to suit different learning styles.
• Continuously improve training materials based on user feedback, product updates, and industry best practices.
• Create assessments and exercises to evaluate learners' progress and provide feedback to help them improve their skills.
• Assist in maintaining a learning management system (LMS) and ensuring that training resources are easily accessible.
• Stay current with software updates and new releases to ensure training materials are always relevant and reflective of the latest features.

Qualifications :
• Proven experience as a Software Instructor, Technical Trainer, or in a similar instructional role.
• Strong knowledge of software products and the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and engaging way.
• Experience designing and delivering instructional content for both in-person and online formats.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage learners and adapt to various learning styles.
• Strong technical writing skills and the ability to create clear and concise instructional materials.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, delivering high-quality training materials on time.

Preferred Skills :
• Experience with instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and online course platforms.
• Proficiency with screen recording, video editing, and e-learning development tools.
• Knowledge of Agile development processes and software product lifecycles.
