The ideal candidate would have 1-2 years of commercial Android development experience, with proficiency in Kotlin, Java, Jetpack Compose, and MVVM architecture. They should be skilled in debugging for performance, familiar with SQL Server databases, and have experience working with Microsoft Azure. Attention to detail, good communication skills, and prior experience maintaining in-house applications are essential. The role offers a competitive salary (starting at £35K), 31 days of annual leave, Bupa healthcare, life assurance, retail discounts, and a pension scheme with employer contributions.
