As a Legal Assistant or Paralegal at Piede Law Firm, you will play a crucial role in the firm, ensuring that clients receive the highest level of service from the moment they walk through our doors
Providing each client with an attentive, courteous, and warm welcome is essential to their experience and reflects our commitment to excellent client care
Assist with the preparation and filing of legal documents related to elder law
Manage and organize client files, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and properly maintained
Conduct legal research and gather information relevant to cases
Communicate with clients, providing updates on their cases and responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Coordinate with external parties such as financial institutions and government agencies to obtain required documentation
Support the attorney with administrative tasks as needed

Position Overview:

This position can be a full-time or part-time role, with hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday—no nights or weekends. As a Legal Assistant or Paralegal at Piede Law Firm, you will play a crucial role in the firm, ensuring that clients receive the highest level of service from the moment they walk through our doors. Providing each client with an attentive, courteous, and warm welcome is essential to their experience and reflects our commitment to excellent client care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with the preparation and filing of legal documents related to elder law.
