Pay Range : $46,071 - $57,128 annually

Job Description : Your Piece of the Puzzle
Job Duties : A Day in the Life
• Be the Expert : Provide digital analytics on category performance / left nav performance
• Play your Part : Responsible for product on site timely launches, all product is available, no broken images, default colors reflect current buys or editorial / email needs, style activation, sequencing, Site QA, etc.
• Monitor : Analyze product performance on site and work to optimize product positioning and engagement
• Collaborate : Maintain and sequence website daily collaborating with merchants and marketing on product performance
• Be Precise : Use site analytics to measure traffic, conversion and revenue on navigation and editorial messages
• Leave your Mark : Continually evaluates online environment and competitive analysis on other sites

Experience

1-year experience in digital merchandising
Proficiency in Adobe Analytics, Tableau, or Google Analytics preferred
Ability to execute to timelines and provide timely solutions
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, especially Excel
Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud is a plus
Extremely detail oriented, with excellent follow-through skills
Demonstrate the organizational ability to facilitate multi-tasking in a fast-pace environment
Ability to think both strategically and creatively
Solution-driven problem solver
Collaboratively work with cross functional teams and own team members
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to execute to timelines and provide timely solutions
Ability to work nights, weekends and / or early morning hours based on business needs
