About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to join our Sydney Construction, Infrastructure & Projects group.

You will work alongside the teams other legal assistants in the provision of support to two partners, a special counsel and two lawyers, who work across disputes and transactional matters.

Role

We are a hard working team, we enjoy our work and we like to have fun along the way. Given that we spend a lot of time together, we take a careful approach to the composition of our team. Your role as a legal assistant with us will include the following:

Duties

File maintenance - electronic and paper (FileSite)
Digital dictation
Diary management
Manage billing process in accordance with firm timetable and prepare pre-bills

Document production

Preparation of correspondence and complex legal documents (where appropriate through use
