Job description
Overview:
We are currently seeking motivated candidates to work on a commission basis. Please note, this is not a fixed-salary position; your earnings will be directly tied to the sales you generate. There are no set working hours—you have the flexibility to choose when you work, according to your availability. However, based on performance, there is potential for a full-time, permanent position after 5-6 months.

Job description:
• Lead the sales process to attract and secure new clients.
• Collaborate with senior team members to identify and mitigate potential risks.
• Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
• Conduct market research to uncover new business opportunities.
• Develop and deliver compelling pitches to potential customers.
• Promote a culture of collaboration and teamwork within the organization.

Eligibility:
• A Bachelor's degree is required.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with both existing and potential clients.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Keen attention to detail with a focus on making data-driven decisions.
