LLM|RAG Scientist

Requirements:
• 10 or more years of experience as a Data Engineer or Scientist.
• Extensive experience with RAG is absolutely mandatory.
• Expert proficiency in NLP (Keras, PyTorch and/or TensorFlow).
• Experience with AWS Services (S3, EC2, Lambda etc) is a must.
• Experience with Deep Learning and API Development is a must.
• Experience with Python and Vector stores is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:
• Build RAG-based applications and integrate models with existing systems and APIs.
• Fine-tune and deploy large language models for legal text processing.
• Build pipelines for preprocessing, annotating, and managing legal datasets.
• Collaborate with legal experts to align models with domain-specific needs.
• Conduct experiments and evaluate model performance for improvements.
• Interface with technical teams to finalize software requirements.
• Implement coding best practices and code reviews for production environments.
