Our client is a household name financial institution who is looking for a strong banking and finance lawyer to work as part of a close knit team on a range of different types of financing transactions to include leveraged and acquisition financing as well as investment grade financing and ideally some high yield experience . This is an outstanding and rare first move in house for and associate withe at least two years solid private practice experience
