Role Overview
As a Marketing Associate, you will support our marketing team in executing campaigns and initiatives aimed at raising awareness and driving customer engagement. Your creative ideas and enthusiasm will play a key role in enhancing our brand presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns that promote our services and initiatives in the utility sector.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities, providing valuable insights to inform marketing strategies.
• Create engaging content for promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, and presentations, ensuring alignment with our brand voice and messaging.
• Support event planning and execution, participating in community events and trade shows to showcase our offerings and connect with potential customers.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts align with sales objectives and drive lead generation.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to make recommendations for optimization and improvement.
• Engage with customers directly during events and promotions, gathering feedback and insights to inform future marketing initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of marketing activities and expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies and budget guidelines.
Qualifications And Skills
• Full and unrestricted right to work in the UK (unfortunately, we cannot consider Tier 4 or PSW visas).
• Must be able to work full-time and demonstrate a flexible approach to working hours.
• Must not have applied for any Imperial Consulting roles in the past 30 days.
• A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not essential; relevant experience or internships will be considered.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content.
• Basic understanding of marketing principles and strategies; eagerness to learn and develop new skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Understanding that we do not do digital marketing; this role will focus on traditional marketing strategies and face-to-face engagement with customers.
