Job Details.
• Minimum 1 years of experience in Bank / NBFCfor HSC (if not graduate), fresher if graduate
• Secured Loan experience is preferable.

Fresher: Max age is 28

Experienced: Max age is 35

• CRM: Build strong customer relationships in rural areas.
• Client Interaction: Understand financial needs, provide personalized assistance.
• Sales and BD: Identify and expand customer base.
• Product Knowledge: Understand and educate on company products.
• Cross-selling: Maximize engagement through product recommendations.
• Market Research: Stay updated on trends, competitors, and regulations.
• Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly goals.
• Data Management: Keep accurate records in the CRM system.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines.

Must Criteria
• Candidate should be from BFSI or any sales background.
• 2-wheeler is mandatory (can be managed) Education:Any Graduate/ HSC

CTC:2 lakhs to 3.5 LPA
