Job Title: Data Researcher (Remote Internship)

Stipend: ₹5,000 per month

About the Role:

Not a very complex role to work, but if you have basic knowledge about the internet, know how to navigate it, can use basic Excel, and communicate well, then you are in the right place. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Researcher for a full-time, remote internship revolving around HR domain mostly. An exciting opportunity for anyone passionate about data research. The role will offer hands-on experience in data collection, and presentation, and manage in an organisational way.

Internship Duration: 3 months

Stipend: ₹5,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:
• Data Collection & Research:
• Collect, compile, and organize datasets from various online and offline sources.
• Research industry-specific data, trends, and insights revolving around HR specifically.
• Verify data accuracy and ensure its relevance for ongoing projects.
• Data Management:
• Ensure data is maintained in an organised and accessible manner.
• Keep track of data sources and maintain up-to-date documentation of research processes.
• Continuous Learning:
• Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in data research and analysis.
• Learn and implement new tools for data collection and analysis as required.

Skills & Qualifications:
• Educational requirement:
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in any field since it is a full time opportunity so candidate should have + hours of dedicated time in a day for Monday to Friday.
• Technical Skills:
• Basic knowledge of data research methodologies.
• Soft Skills:
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
