Maintenance Person for 2 Hotels(The Westbourne Hyde Park Hotel & The Crescent Hyde Park Hotel) and Residential Properties - Salary: £ 30,000 - £ 32,000 per year = (Total working hours 40 per week over 6 days a week)

Job Specification: We are looking for a reliable Maintenance person to work for highly thriving two hotels in W2 London near Hyde Park. As a handyman, it is your job to carry out day to day maintenance works and ongoing health & Safety compliance.

The work can range from simple building maintenance to plumbing, painting, and minor electrical works.

The right candidate must able to communicate in English.

Essential Skills and Attributes:
• Carpentry, electrical, painting, tiling, mechanical and plumbing maintenance and repairs such as repairing furniture, constructing shelves, installing switches, replacing plugs and other basic appliance repairs, applying paint and other finishes, repairing drywall, disassembling and reassembling equipment and general maintenance skills are all very useful, Experience in hotels will also be beneficial.
• Qualifications from City & Guilds, BTECs, and NVQs will be useful.
• The right candidate with clean UK driving licence would be preferred.
• Working hours: (Total working hours 40 per week over 6 days a week). Please note a degree of flexibility is required in the role. It’s a contracting role working full time on rota basis.
