In addition to offering a variety of musical services to partner in, we prioritise in a fun, dynamic working environment.

With a choice of 1:1 private lessons, through to rock band group lessons to get involved with, we offer both new and experienced music teachers the opportunity to develop and grow, both in our schools programmes and at our private studio in New Haw.

Job Description:

JustPlay is seeking enthusiastic musicians to develop and grow their teaching skills as part of our ‘One to One lessons, Music Clubs and Jamming Together’ rock band scheme, delivered across Surrey and its surrounding areas.

The Ideal Candidate:

- Can effectively communicate simple melodies, rhythms, and accompaniments to young learners.

- Demonstrates the ability to patiently coach and guide children within a band setting.

- Has a basic understanding of Guitar, Keyboard, and Vocals, with a focus on group enjoyment rather than individual virtuosity.

- Brings prior performance experience within band and ensemble settings.

- Is enthusiastic, personable, and dedicated to creating a relaxed, and enjoyable environment for young students.

- Exhibits reliability, professionalism, and punctuality, with clear and timely communication skills.

Previous experience and a degree in Music are advantageous but not mandatory.
