Minimum of 3 years professional painting experience
Self-starter and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Responsible, reliable, prompt, good attendance, team player
A valid Alaska driver's license, reliable personal transportation to travel to properties is required
High school diploma or equivalent
Background Check and Drug Screening is required

Responsibilities
Completes tasks using the standard methods, materials, tools, and equipment of the paint trade
Paint interior and exterior of commercial properties
Expertise in paint work preparation, protection or surroundings, application, color mixing & matching, and minor repair work as needed for projects
Scaffolding set-up and all pre-painting preparations as required
Experience with painting equipment, such as power washers, paint sprayers, and scaffolding
Comply with OSHA regulations and adhere to the occupational hazards and safety precautions necessary in paint work
