Lead Architectural Technologist Job

Lead Architectural Technologist opportunity available to join an established practice with a diverse portfolio of projects. This role offers up to £45,000 and flexible working options.

This company, with over 45 years of experience, is seeking an individual to work closely with building surveying and interior design teams throughout project lifecycles.

Role & Responsibilities
• Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with building regulations
• Create detailed technical drawings and oversee project documentation
• Collaborate with local authorities, contractors, and clients
• Conduct site meetings and resolve on-site issues
• Work on a diverse range of projects, including listed buildings and new builds across various sectors

Required Skills & Experience
• MCIAT membership preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
• Strong project management skills and the ability to work independently
• Experience managing projects on-site and resolving queries
