Job description

We are urgently looking for House Keeping faculty profile at our IIHM Jaipur Campus. Qualified & experienced faculty with proven industry Industry experience & teaching experience with sound knowledge of theory & practical for all 3 years as per the university standards, excellent communication skills & planning skills will be a basic requirement.

Qualifications

A minimum of a bachelors degree in hotel management, hospitality management, or a related field. A masters degree or relevant teaching qualifications would be a plus.

Experience:

Substantial hands-on experience (5 years Minimum) in the housekeeping department of reputed hotels or resorts and working in various roles within housekeeping, including supervisory or managerial positions.

Familiarity with the latest trends and best practices in the hotel housekeeping industry

Proficiency in using housekeeping management software and tools commonly used in the industry as well knowledge of housekeeping equipment, cleaning techniques, and laundry operations.

Key Skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively to students.

Proficiency in English (or the primary language of instruction at the institute).

Willingness to incorporate technology and digital tools into the teaching process.

Participation in industry conferences and workshops to stay updated with the latest developments.

A willingness to explore and implement innovative teaching methods to enhance the learning experience.
