Experienced Patent Agent | Patent Attorney | Hybrid Position

Job opening for an Experienced Patent Attorney or Patent Agent with an opportunity to work remotely with sufficient experience. Specifically, Talem IP Law is searching for candidates with experience in electrical engineering (industrial and consumer electronics hardware, analog and/or digital circuits, semiconductors), computer and/or software engineering (network security, enterprise applications, databases, web and cloud services, operating systems, software user interfaces, open source).

Responsibilities include drafting and prosecuting domestic and international patent applications and complex patent office proceedings, strategic patent portfolio development as well as interactions with clients regarding their IP portfolios.

Required:

1) Minimum experience of at least 3 years of solid US patent preparation and prosecution experience in electrical engineering, computer engineering, and/or software arts.

2) Minimum of a BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science.

3) Patent Bar is required.
