Qualifications
ESSENTIAL WORK SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE: Knowledge of safety and security equipment, utensils and procedures Knowledge and skill in how to diffuse potentially difficult situations
Able to work varied shifts and flexible schedules
Advance skill using computer, surveillance and communication systems
Excellent guest and employee relations skills
Reputation for handling situations and confidential information discretely, projecting a positive, professional and supportive outward image and exercising good judgment for the position

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE: High school diploma required AND three (3) years' experience as a Security Officer in a multi-unit luxury property, OR an equivalent combination of education and experience
